Sports Areas With the refurbishing of Damyn Pines, Karen Damyn had decided to add a recreation/sports area, about 2 miles from the school. Mostly the students hike there, though under emergency ATVs are able to access the narrow trail. The Sports Areas consist of a football field on leveled ground, a track area, and sandy volleyball areas. The land has been leveled for these purposes, and because of that jagged bluffs surround the back area of the recreations. Moderator: »»karisa brunze. Black Tail Mountain Black Tail Mountain; Ski and Snowboarding service. Yes, that's right, this place is a ski slope. They offer much variety and many runs, from beginner to advanced. Though on some days it can be very crowded, it is for the most part more vacant than the commercial slopes. It also has better skiing/snowboarding. Moderator: »»karisa brunze. |

Graden Trail Graden Trail is a long series of hiking trails and a few scarcely spread picnic areas. The views are extremely scenic and in some places the trails are harrying. Only those with excellent stamina are advised to tread these. It is often a way to suppress boredom on weekends or a nice place for a couple to go picnicking. Moderator: »»karisa brunze. |

Carnegie Hall Named after the acclaimed site in Manhattan, Carnegie Hall one of the newly refurbished dorms that reside on-campus of Damyn Pines. The dorms here are much like apartments in which the rooms have varying qualities and you pick the one you can pay for. Room mates are chosen by the original occupier. Carnegie Hall is a strictly boys' hall, and it has a more modern feel to it, with stainless steel appliances and what-not. Some rooms are still under construction. Moderator: »»karisa brunze. |

Osanka Hall Really, Osanka is a made-up word that the original head-master found endearing and... interesting, so to speak. Osanka is another modern hall, resembling that of Carnegie. More of the rooms are still being updated, though many of them are done. Osanka is the girls' hall, and resembles that, in some ways. The colors are more feminine, less cool and steely. The whole place is rather airy-feeling and happy. Moderator: »»karisa brunze. |

Rose Hall Quite simply, Rose is the co-ed hall. It used to be used for the No Child Left Behind program, but after a matter of months Karen found that somewhat discriminating and changed it. The building is more elegant and attuned to it's regal past. Atleast... that's the way it is in the lobby and hallways. The rooms are just as new and refurbished as all the rest. !popS Pops is probably the most casual diner in town, and also the most used. It's from a chain, has over 100 different brands of pop, and boasts an unmistakable 40s feeling. The decor backs this. Rose Theater So maybe Heresville isn't really that small, but it certainly has a small-town feeling about it. Rose theater is the closest thing to a movie theater they've got. Despite being a dinner theater with live plays, it actually gets a lot of business. Turns out a lot of Damyn Pines students like acting, and it's a romantic date. The place is very elegant and fancy feeling, though lots of the plays are very modern. Moderator: »»karisa brunze. |

Dirkitt Park Named after some long-dead guy, Dirkitt park is a rather small, well-manicured plot of land in the middle of the park. A pond rings it and walking paths criss-cross in between. Playgrounds and such are common. Moderator: »»karisa brunze. |

~Good-bye Blue Monday Good-bye Blue Monday is a very cozy feeling coffee shop from the 70s. Odd paintings, music, and furniture fill the place and they're known for the best coffee around. It's often packed on Sunday nights with late-studying students. Moderator: »»karisa brunze. |

Gables Ranch Gables Ranch is just coasting the outskirts of town. If the large, cozy-in-an-old-western-type-of-way administration building isn't enough of a signal, if the huge sign out front reading 'GABLES RANCH' should be =P Rows of stables and large, in-door riding arenas busy the back of the property, filled with horses loaned out to the students. Some hundreds of miles of groomed trails bloom out backwards, into the wilderness. Riding classes are sometimes held in the arenas, as well as shows. Don't get lost! Moderator: »»karisa brunze.
